Center of Psychophamarcological Studies
We wish to establish a center of studies for the independant and transdisiplinary research on ethnopsicopharmacology in the south of Chile.
In addition to the Library, el CEP Will encompass the follwoing components:
- Botanical Garden: outdoor and indoor (climate control for tropical and desertic enviornment) areas for the cultivation of species of interest.
- Laboratory: for identifying species of interest, performing experiments, producing extractions and analysis of samples.
- Herbarium/Fungarium: controlled environment for the proper and systematical conservation of samples for study and research voucher specimens.
- Printing/Editorial: facility and equipments for the reproduction of unique volumes and production of books, research publications and manuals to be developed by the foundation and its collaborators and residents.
